Job summary

Cloudland at McLemore Resort Lookout Mountain, Curio By Hilton is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping/Lobby Attendant to maintain clean, safe public spaces and assist guests with requests. You will dust, vacuum, restock, and report issues to supervision while upholding brand standards.

No formal experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable. The role offers daily Pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and window frames.
• Vacuum upholstery, drapery, and carpeting; clean hallways and public areas.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms; stock supplies.
• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems/complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Turn in items left in guest rooms to Lost and Found.
• Secure and maintain custody of equipment, keys and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
