Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervising Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping activities with focus on safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction at a Georgia property. You will supervise staff, train on cleaning techniques, and partner with maintenance and front desk to ensure rooms are guest ready and standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years in rooms management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas; report deficiencies.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques and safety.
• Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping promptly.
• Manage cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Perform audits and spot checks to ensure quality and consistency.
