Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Cloudland at McLemore Resort in the Southeast. You will oversee all housekeeping activities, ensure the highest cleanliness standards, and protect assets while minimizing expenses.

You will inspect rooms, train staff, resolve guest concerns, and collaborate with maintenance and front desk to ensure timely readiness of rooms. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in rooms management, hotel experience preferred, and the ability to work

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.

Document and report any issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department.➢ Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.➢ Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.➢ Inventory Management: Assist in management of cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available.➢ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure rooms are ready for guests and to facilitate smooth operations.➢ Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency among housekeeping staff.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.Hotel experience preferred.Strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
