Job summary

San Diego Mission Bay Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Line Cook for the PM shift. You will craft dishes for our guests, handle prep, setup, and station maintenance while delivering quality service in our Food & Beverage outlets.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a similar setting, strong knife skills, and good English. A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to learning are essential for success in this upscale, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knife skills, cold & hot line knowledge to include classic knife cuts and multiple cooking techniques.
• English proficiency.
• 1-2 years of previous experience working in a similar setting.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As a Line Cook - PM Shift you will create masterpieces for all our guests to enjoy and provide quality service in all areas of food production for our Food & Beverage outlets.
• You will plan, prep, set up and execute station work, following daily checklists and safety standards.
• Support high-volume, upscale kitchen operations with a team-focused attitude.
