PM Line Cook - The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport

Join us as a PM Line Cook at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport under CMC Hotels.

Position Details

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced cooks to support our F&B department. Weekend availability is required.

Positions available:

  • Part-time: 3-4 days per week
  • Full-time: 4-5 days per week, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Wednesday through Sunday

  • Take orders and cook accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and provide excellent guest service
Job Requirements
  • Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing, and engaging with guests
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Clean background check and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and handle moderate weights
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, Turbo Chef, and Micros (desired)
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
