Job summary

Salted in Brooklyn is hiring a Line Cook to join our largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States. You will prepare items to our culinary standards, assist with sanitation, and collaborate with the Front of House team to deliver enjoyable dining experiences.

We offer growth opportunities, medical/dental/vision for full-time, a 401k with employer match after one year, free meals each shift, and paid sick time. Schedule: PM/Weekends. Location: 356 Devoe St., Brooklyn, NY 11211.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience.
• Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife/prep work and flat-top cooking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements
