Job summary

Salted is hiring a Line Cook in Philadelphia, offering AM/PM shifts and weekend availability. You’ll prepare and cook items to Salted’s standards, work with a team, and help deliver great dining experiences.

We value a solid culinary foundation, knife and prep skills, and at least two years of kitchen experience. You’ll stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a clean, safe kitchen while benefiting from growth opportunities and meals each shift.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife/prep work and flat-top cooking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 2+ years of kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted's standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver great dining experiences.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements
