Job summary

Salted is hiring a Line Cook at our Brooklyn kitchen. The role supports culinary excellence with knife prep, flat‑top cooking, and high standards to deliver Salted’s clean-label, plant-driven cuisine.

Work schedule is PM and weekends, with on-site shifts at 356 Devoe St., Brooklyn, NY 11211. Compensation ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and free meals each shift.

Qualifications

• Solid culinary foundation including knife prep and flat-top cooking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House team to deliver dining experiences.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements
