Job summary

Salted in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare and cook items to Salted standards with emphasis on flavor, speed, and consistency.

You will work PM shifts on weekends in a fast-paced, delivery-first restaurant group, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with Front of House to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

This role offers growth opportunities, meals during shifts, and benefits as part of a committed team.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work and station setup.
• Sanitation and safety standards adherence required.
• Experience with high-volume cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
