Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation seeks a PM Cook to support lunch and dinner production at Land’s End Resort, Homer, AK. The role involves ensuring quality, sanitation, and timely production in a hotel kitchen.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of cooking experience, and possess or obtain ServSafe Certification or a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire. On-site duties and no supervisory responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Must have two (2) years of documented experience as a cook.
• Must have or obtain a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification contingent upon 30 days of hire.
• Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Performs all main line food and cooking production duties with items determined by shift.
• Reviews daily needs with supervisors and completes production sheets.
• Assists with menu and recipe development.
• Ensures food production quality and sanitation in assigned areas.
• May supervise and train food service personnel.
