Job summary

The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium in Fort Collins, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a PM Line Cook to join the Culinary team. This role focuses on proper service from the front line through quality control, plus training of line cooks and sanitation adherence.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience required: 1–2 years in a related position; saute and grill experience required.
• Knowledge of cooking and kitchen practices to perform non-repetitive analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Check items against recipe cards and verify use records; ensure food is presented efficiently and with quality.
• Monitor line setup for maximum efficiency during meals.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and enforce the SOP for
• Prepare food to recipe cards and production standards.
• Rotate perishables and date all containers; keep temperatures proper.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked and assist in correcting food cost problems.
