Job Title: PM Line Cook at Charming Inns of Charleston

Circa 1886, a fine dining restaurant, is seeking a PM Line Cook. Experience in a fine dining environment is essential. Creativity, a calm demeanor, receptiveness to constructive criticism, a love for cooking, and pride in ingredients and station are important qualities.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the prep station and kitchen are properly set up and stocked.
• Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes.
• Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
• Keep the workstation clean to meet health and safety standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the sous-chef or executive chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
• Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
• Full availability, including weekends.
