Job summary

WEX is seeking a Product Manager III to drive execution across a large Health & Benefits product portfolio. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, focusing on measurable outcomes and platform-driven improvements for customers and developers.

You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Health & Benefits, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver complex products with strong execution and outcomes.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Engineering, Architecture, and Product Design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong technical fluency with API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL, integrations).
• Ability to understand and navigate complex systems across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across a large, complex portfolio of Health & Benefits products, ensuring delivery against key development priorities.
• Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Modernize existing products and contribute to scalable, platform-driven solutions that improve customer and developer experiences.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements, including user stories and backlog prioritization.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, refinement, demos, and delivery processes within Agile frameworks.
