Job summary

Thatch is rewriting how health benefits work. We build software that gives employees real control over how they use their benefits. As a Product Manager, you’ll own a core product area end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teammates.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to ship reliable, scalable products that customers trust, tackling both product and operational challenges at scale.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of product management experience owning products end-to-end.
• Strong systems thinking for complex workflows and tradeoffs.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineers on architecture.
• Experience working across functions to solve operationally complex problems.
• Strong communication and judgment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end-to-end from strategy to execution and improvement.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, reliable, scalable products.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, support, and go-to-market teams to solve problems.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and guide thoughtful product decisions.
