Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Full-Time PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards, and collaborate with Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in a hotel or resort, strong English communication, and a commitment to safety and quality. PM shift with weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Hotel or resort housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for full-time PM shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to housekeeping team members.
• Assist with training and development of new staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for readiness and quality.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments on turnover and arrivals by 3:00 p.m.
• Prepare and organize housekeeping worksheets and assignments.
• Monitor supplies, MSDS compliance, and safety procedures.
• Lead end-of-shift wrap-up and ensure secure, clean work areas.
