Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Full-Time PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. You will work with Front Desk and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals by 3:00 p.m.

and to maintain resort standards. The role requires supervisory experience, hotel housekeeping background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Hotel or resort housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, direction, and support to housekeeping team members.
• Assist with training and development of new housekeepers.
• Promote high standards of professionalism and guest service.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to prioritize room turnover and arrivals by 3:00 p.m.
