Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Full-Time PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet exacting standards. You will collaborate with Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and cleaning procedures.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will train staff, inspect rooms, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, professional on-site presence for guests at Gate Hospitality Group

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Hotel or resort housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Must be available for full-time PM shift, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to housekeeping team members.
• Assist with training and development of new housekeepers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms and common areas, provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure timely room turnover by 3:00 p.m.
• Prepare and organize housekeeping worksheets and daily assignments.
• Ensure safety, MSDS knowledge, and proper chemical labeling procedures.
