Job summary

Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking a PM shift Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, oversee laundry processing, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train staff, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to meet service standards.

This role requires supervisory experience in a high-volume hotel laundry operation, knowledge of chemical handling, and strong English communication skills to maintain brand standards and guest

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• Minimum of six months as Housekeeping Inspector or in a quality-control role.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in Housekeeping, Laundry, or similar setting.
• Experience supervising or working in a high-volume hotel laundry operation preferred.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping responsibilities including Public Area Cleaning, Laundry, and Guest Laundry Services.
• Act as PM-shift working leader, participating in laundry operations while supervising staff.
• Supervise and coordinate PM-shift laundry operations processing ~550 pounds per hour.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, and availability of clean linens for guest rooms and operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and guest satisfaction standards across departments.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to minimize disruptions and maximize guest experience.
• Prepare daily staff checklists, production logs, and departmental documentation.
• Support training and onboarding of new associates; assist during high occupancy or shortages.
