Job summary

Hilton Tempo in Nashville seeks a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor for the PM shift to lead daily housekeeping operations, including public areas and laundry services. You will supervise staff, participate in laundry tasks, and drive production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will coach associates, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to optimize workflows and service delivery in a dynamic urban hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Six months of experience as a Housekeeping Inspector or equivalent quality-control role.
• One year of supervisory experience in Housekeeping/Laundry.
• Experience supervising a high-volume hotel laundry operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations including Public Area Cleaning and Laundry.
• Act as working leader on PM shift, supervising while participating in laundry tasks.
• Monitor and optimize laundry production (target ~550 pounds/hour).
• Supervise and coordinate PM shift laundry activities and staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards; coach and develop staff.
