Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face at the front desk. You will ensure smooth check-in/check-out, share local recommendations, and provide exceptional service throughout the guest stay.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of related experience, with a friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to handle cash and front desk systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 3–6 months of related front desk/guest services experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work at the front desk, handle cash, and navigate computer systems.

Responsibilities
