Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods in Cranberry Township. Greet guests, check in/out, and provide seamless service.

You will answer questions, share local information, handle special requests, and support hotel operations while maintaining a warm, engaging presence.

Strong communication and computer skills are essential; must be able to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment.
