Sunriver Brewing Company - Oakway Pub in Eugene, OR is seeking a Part Time FOH PM shift supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations. The role covers serving, bartending, closing shift supervision, and ensuring a positive guest experience in a high-volume environment.

You should have at least 2 years supervisory experience, be 21+, and be comfortable with closing duties, cash handling, and beer service.

Qualificações

• 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant.
• 21 years of age.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Take food and drink orders accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into a computer system for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Mix ingredients and serve beverages to customers.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Adhere to food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and balance the cash register.
• Maintain a clean work and dining area; wash glasses and utensils.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Know menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Oversee closing duties and ensure secure premises at shift end.
