Qualifications

• Food Handler's Permit required or preferred.
• High School Diploma required; culinary training advantageous.
• Experience as a line cook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to standard recipes and chef specs.
• Cook items using grilling, frying, sautéing and other methods.
• Plate dishes and ensure presentation quality.
• Coordinate with servers to complete orders on time.
• Clean kitchen and store equipment at shift end.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
