Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Product Manager for Engineering Deployment & Scale-up in Seattle. You will drive productivity, improve partner and customer experiences, and guide equipment innovation at scale, aligning with sustainability goals and brand values.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years US military experience.
• 3-5 years – Progressive experience in product or brand management.
• 3-5 years - Project leadership in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive holistic understanding of consumers, partners and marketplace to identify opportunities to build Starbucks competitive advantage.
• Define product briefs and quantify problems to solve with KPIs and success criteria.
• Lead cross functional teams through ambiguity to bring big ideas to life.
• Evaluate and prioritize equipment innovation based on financial viability, feasibility and sustainability.
• Lead testing and rollout of equipment innovations to enable productivity improvements and cost savings.
