Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of digital messaging capabilities within the Client Digital Investor Services Team. The role partners with cross-enterprise teams to define messaging roadmaps and measure impact for investors.

You will own backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria, drive agile ceremonies, and ensure designs address client pain points while aligning with business goals across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital product owner experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum as Product Owner or team lead.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and data analytics skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Envision future state and build roadmaps for digital messaging channels.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel messaging solutions.
• Deliver capabilities improving investor outcomes and experiences.
• Collaborate with enterprise platforms to align messaging delivery with goals.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and champion Agile practices.
• Ensure designs address client pain points and usability feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing, releases, and issue resolution.
• Act as SME and communicate updates to leadership.
• Think horizontally across channels for a unified experience.
