Job summary
ManpowerGroup, the leading global workforce solutions company, seeks a Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level to join the Digital Investor Services team in Austin, TX. You will partner with leadership to define the digital messaging vision and translate data into actionable insights, delivering backlog priorities and user stories.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and compliance to support UAT and project status, leveraging Agile/Scrum practices and Salesforce
Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital product owner experience with Agile (Scrum).
- Strong data analytics to translate data into insights and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and ability to tailor messaging for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand digital messaging needs and deliver the vision and goals for the Digital Messaging channel.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver on business priorities with clear expectations for what to build.
- Execute delivery of digital messaging platform capabilities by gathering requirements and coordinating development through implementation.
- Support customer-driven design by incorporating user pain points, market needs, and usability test results into product decisions.
- Collaborate across technical teams, internal partners, external vendors, legal/compliance, and stakeholders to support UAT and communicate project status.
