Qualifications

• Data Analytics experience with a strong ability to turn data into insights.
• Strategic problem solver who translates vision into measurable roadmaps.
• Experience leading digital platforms and related technologies.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across organizational levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership audiences.
• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Cross-functional collaboration across technology, service, marketing and product teams.
• Prior Agile Product Owner or Scrum lead experience preferred.
• Curiosity, proactive mindset and quick learning in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deliverables.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences including senior leadership.
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations in financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Envision the future and build the near-term roadmap for the Digital Messaging channel.
• Support all aspects required to bring new multi-channel digital messages to clients.
• Gather requirements, create, develop and implement messaging solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-enterprise partners to understand messaging needs and value.
• Execute delivery aligned with the Digital Messaging roadmap and measure success.
• Support sprint plans and participate in retrospectives to improve processes.
• Champion Agile methodologies and act as a product owner in stand-ups and planning.
