Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Austin, TX seeks a Product Manager to lead digital messaging strategy and delivery for investor services. You will partner with cross-enterprise teams to quantify impact and execute a messaging roadmap.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and agile backlog management. Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital product owner experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner or team lead.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial services or working within regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: envision the future state and build near-term roadmaps for digital messaging channels and adoption.
• Execution: lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel digital messaging solutions, from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Client Service: deliver compelling digital capabilities that drive better outcomes and experiences for investors.
• Partnership: collaborate across enterprise platforms to align messaging capability delivery with key business goals.
• Vision & Alignment: define, prioritize, and execute product goals and long-term vision.
• Backlog & Sprint Management: define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog; write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; support sprint planning.
• Agile Leadership: champion Agile practices with daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• User-Centric Design: ensure designs address client pain points and usability feedback.
• Cross-Functional Execution: work with technical, UX/design, legal, compliance and vendors through testing and release management.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: act as SME and advocate for digital messaging; communicate updates to leadership.
• Cross-Platform Strategy: think horizontally across channels for a unified enterprise experience.
