Qualifications

• 4 years of Digital Product Owner experience.
• Experience leading digital platforms and underlying technologies.
• Data analytics experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech, marketing and product teams.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership and diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver on the business vision.
• Write business requirements and user stories; coordinate with legal/compliance and UAT.
• Lead Agile practices: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos; support Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with leadership, design, product, and operations to define releases.
• Ensure client-centric design across channels and across user pain points.
• Act as SME for the messaging channel and drive engagement plans.
