Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a PM Coordinator in Cincinnati to sustain maintenance plans, manage work orders, and coordinate scheduled plant activities.

You will support the Asset Care Planner, ensure timely starts for project work, and contribute to continuous improvement across maintenance processes. Qualified candidates typically have 1–3 years of related experience, knowledge of PM concepts, and proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PM processes and tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Asset Care Planner in creating and sustaining maintenance plans by entering data from work orders.
• Backs up Parts Coordinator to receive parts into inventory.
• Maintains Asset Risk reports to support PM evaluation and validation per maintenance standards.
• Optimizes PMs in collaboration with maintenance supervisor and Asset Care Planner.
• Tracks downtime in PHRED system and coordinates root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Creates and tracks supply orders to Parts Coordinator as needed.
