Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Cincinnati is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead a large-volume facility's maintenance program, ensuring assets, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and assets aligned with production goals.

You will build and coach a team, manage the annual budget, support KPI delivery, and partner with plant leadership to sustain safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager in a like business.
• Background in a Pro-Active Maintenance system environment preferred to include working with ISO Standards.
• Experience using SAP Maintenance, PLC background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a maintenance team to meet safety, quality, and production deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and company values.
• Develop and manage a detailed maintenance plan for assets, equipment, building, and grounds; schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive activities.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to meet Annual Business Plan goals and KPIs, and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Identify facility asset needs and manage the annual budget to align with production volume and business requirements.
• Monitor training to ensure compliance with required elements.
• Plan and execute Capital Expenditure Projects with on-time, on-budget delivery and proper FATs where required.
