Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a skilled PM Cook 2 for Tavernetta Vail. You will prepare ordered items to high standards, set up and maintain stations, and work with a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires 2+ years of culinary experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to multitask. English fluency and US work authorization are required, with full-time hours at the Vail location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years culinary or related work experience; cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English and current US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items to order on the line and starting items made ahead of time, ensuring not beyond estimated needs.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
• Date all food containers and rotate per policies, manage perishables, check pars for shift use, determine prep, freezer pull and line setup; note shortages; return unused items to storage.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
