Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking an AL Caregiver- PM in California. The role supports residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care, while delivering compassionate, high-quality service.

You will collaborate with team members, follow individualized care plans, and participate in ongoing training to promote well-being and safety. The position is full-time, evenings to nights, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications; Medication Management training as applicable.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if not held.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transportation and help with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity; follow ISP and care plans.
• Support wellness programming and participate in shift reporting and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, organized environment and complete housekeeping and laundry tasks.
