Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Caregiver to join our compassionate team in California. The Caregiver will support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), assist with meals, mobility, and daily routines, and deliver high-quality care with dignity and respect.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications; Nurses Aide preferred. This role offers flexible shifts and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and follow written/spoken directions.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime planning, serving, and tray delivery.
• Provide safe transport and help with transfers using proper techniques; monitor safety.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and maintain dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
