Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver for the PM shift to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate, high‑quality care. You will help with bathing, mobility, meals, and daily routines within a supportive hospitality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications required/maintained.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• Experience with resident care and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assistance with transfers and positioning.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Conduct safety checks and report changes in residents’ condition or needs.
• Support residents in wellness programs and social activities, promoting engagement.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community as assigned.
