Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is seeking an AM Full-Time Caregiver to assist residents with ADLs, mobility, and compassionate care. Schedule: Friday-Monday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. MBK emphasizes a people-first culture with opportunities for training and growth.

The role requires First Aid/CPR and Medication Management certifications as applicable, plus strong communication and teamwork to support residents and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications preferred if state requires.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not already held.
• Nurse Aide Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity per policies.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and requests.
• Follow ISP guidance and report changes in residents’ condition.
