Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, located on Nicollet Mall, is seeking a bartender for Prairie Kitchen & Bar. You’ll craft libations, engage guests, and develop your mixology skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This PM shift role (3pm–5pm start) offers flexible scheduling, health benefits after 30 days, 401K with company match, paid time off, and opportunities to advance within a global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in bartending in a busy setting.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weights.
• PM shift with start times between 3pm–5pm; flexibility for overtime, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide libations and offer customized recommendations.
• Apply latest mixology knowledge, bar equipment handling and sanitation standards.
• Engage guests to create a welcoming, personalized experience.
