• Current bartenders’ certification or license.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in mixology.
• Descriptive and persuasive selling of drinks.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Guide guests on beverage selections with descriptive selling of the menu.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Master the bar by understanding details to enhance conversation.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to leave them happy.
• Present bills accurately and promptly.
• Replenish and stock beer, wine, spirits and bar garnishes daily.
