Prairie Kitchen & Bar, a full-service restaurant located in Hyatt Regency Minneapolis on Nicollet Mall, is hiring a PM Bartender. The role offers opportunities for creativity, casual conversation with guests, and growth within a global Hyatt brand.

The position requires at least 3 years of bartending experience and a strong knowledge of mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards. Shifts start between 3pm and 5pm, with potential overtime and weekend hours.

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience.

This a PM position with shifts starting between 3pm - 5pm. Flexibility is required based on business needs, including potential overtime, holiday and weekend shifts .
