Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar and maintain setup.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Finalize experiences with accurate bill presentation.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies daily.
• Prepare drinks following recipes and portion controls.
• Input orders into POS and create checks.
• Lock up and store beverages and deposits.
