Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests and bar patrons.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
• Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining and bar experience.
• Uphold Hyatt brand standards and hotel policies in all guest interactions.
