Job summary

SEI, a leading provider of investment processing and operations solutions, is seeking a Product Manager for the IMS Accounting Systems and Fund Administration product family. You will shape the roadmap, strategy, and long‑term vision, and collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and client-facing teams to deliver innovations across complex platforms.

You will translate regulatory and business needs into prioritized initiatives, own the product backlog, and drive go‑to‑market readiness,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in investment management, fund administration, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with Geneva, InvestTran, or comparable accounting/investment platforms.
• Strong familiarity with alternative investments and related workflows.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile product environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IMS accounting systems and fund administration solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on accounting platforms (e.g., Geneva, InvestTran) within alternative investment operations.
• Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product initiatives and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Client teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Lead ideation, validation, and rapid prototyping of new capabilities, leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Drive discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven insights to validate product direction.
• Manage trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term platform scalability.
• Support go-to-market readiness, including documentation, enablement, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using metrics and feedback to guide continuous improvement.
