Job summary

SEI Corporation, within the Investment Manager Services Division (IMS), seeks a Director to lead the Alternative Investment Funds Fund Accounting Team in Pennsylvania.

You will own day-to-day operational control across fund accounting, shareholder reporting and administration for a portfolio of hedge and private equity funds, coordinating with SEI teams and external clients to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience required.
• CPA preferred or strong CPA path preferred for leadership in fund accounting.
• Extensive experience with mutual funds and unitized pooled investment vehicles; back-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of premium accounting services for allocated client funds, including fund accounting, shareholder reporting and administration.
• Lead and develop staff; set policies, goals and objectives; conduct performance reviews and career development.
• Coordinate with Tax, Legal and Audit teams; ensure efficient, standardized operations and high-quality client service.
