Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) is seeking Managers on our Private Equity Fund Accounting Teams. You will lead accounting operations for clients, onboard new funds, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP.

You will supervise staff, perform month-end valuations, support audits, ensure AML/compliance, and work with investment managers, transfer agents and service teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations for clients and onboard new funds.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to deliver accurate accounting packages.
• Oversee year-end audits in accordance with GAAP accounting standards.
• Perform due-diligence to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
• Review month-end valuations and approve distributions to clients.
