About The Role
Technicians at Pipeflow Pros are responsible for delivering outstanding plumbing solutions by performing high-quality installations, repairs, and system upgrades, for commercial and residential construction projects. This role is focused on ground-up construction, tenant improvements, large-scale remodels, and mechanical plumbing systems. Our plumbers are expected to execute work with expert craftsmanship, strict adherence to local codes and safety standards, and a strong commitment to project timelines and client satisfaction, while maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project.
What You'll Do
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, gas lines, fixtures, valves, and associated systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing systems and diagnose issues efficiently and accurately.
Perform inspections to detect leaks, clogs, installation issues, or potential code violations.
Provide estimates and scope assessments based on project findings.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and communications for company databases.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and company safety procedures.
Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades as needed.
What You'll Need
3+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
Valid plumbing license (state-specific, as required).
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, mechanical drawings, water supply networks, drainage systems, and gas piping.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
Professional, client-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, organized, and committed to high-quality work and project timelines.
