Job summary

HELP is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to lead and oversee electrical operations in Cincinnati. You will supervise electricians, manage service calls, and ensure adherence to electrical codes while driving safety and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor the team, coordinate scheduling, and collaborate with sales on project planning, all within a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in electrical experience with management experience.
  • Valid Master Electrician License.
  • Experience with field service software such as Service Titan.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
  • Oversee daily electrical operations, including service calls and installation projects.

Qualifications


  • 10+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in residential electrical service highly preferred.

  • Valid Master Electrician License (as required by state/local regulations).

  • Experience with field service management software (e.g., Service Titan or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices. Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

  • Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).



Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
