HELP seeks an experienced Master Electrician to lead electrical operations across service, install, and project work in the Ohio area. The role focuses on managing electricians, ensuring compliance with codes, and delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of electrical experience with leadership exposure and a valid Master Electrician License, plus proficiency in field service software to optimize scheduling and project planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Valid Master Electrician License.
• Experience with field service management software (e.g., Service Titan).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations, including service calls and installation projects.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards.


• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.


• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.


• A current and validdriver'slicense in the state in which you will work.


• Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able tofrequentlylift, push, and pull up to 50lbs).

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $140,000 USD
