Job summary

Logan Services is seeking a Plumbing Team Lead to blend strong technical plumbing skills with hands-on leadership. You will develop technicians, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive team performance across office and field settings.

You’ll coach, support operations, and oversee service calls while collaborating with dispatch and department leaders to ensure safety, quality workmanship, and achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong residential plumbing service and repair experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring ability.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing technicians and apprentices.
• Monitor team performance: conversions, sales, callbacks, customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on technical support, reviews, and coaching to improve quality.
• Lead weekly team training and conduct one-on-one meetings.
• Partner with Dispatch and other departments for scheduling and installs.
• Support recruiting, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Run commissionable plumbing service calls while guiding the team.
