Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Plumbing experience and 3 years managing a plumbing team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data for trends, devise solutions, and make decisions that impact outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department performance and coach Managers and reporting staff.
• Lead technicians and ensure industry-leading customer service.
• Coordinate with installation, sales, dispatch, and other departments for timely service.
• Address escalated customer issues and resolve problems effectively and long-term.
• Provide regular feedback on department performance to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct weekly technician meetings and reinforce safety and training content.
