Job summary

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000+ annually, with medical/dental/vision benefits, disability and life coverage, and a strong focus on outstanding customer service and career growth.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems and drain line functions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain and sewer evaluations and educate customers on findings.
• Recommend repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions based on customer needs.
• Identify and present additional plumbing service and upgrade opportunities when appropriate.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Consistently meet performance and sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Represent Frank Gay Services with professionalism and integrity.
